My friend Kae had a wonderful idea for a webring for fiber lovers.
It is called FiberR.A.O.K. For those who don't know, R.A.O.K stands for "random acts of kindness". Basically you send things to people for really no reason.
We thought it would be a neat idea to link all the fiber arts type bloggers into a R.A.O.K. group.
I made a page for her about it and you can view it HERE. There is a webring with a code you can put on your blog. (see my sidebar for one example) and also a yahoo group where you input your information in a database. The yahoo group is members only and you must be invited. It's also not listed in the yahoogroups.com directory. If you wish to join please email either Kae or I and we'll invite you to the yahoo group and we can get this thing up and running! I think this could be great fun!!
