Fiber Fiber Everywhere

I said I'd post pictures of the angora fiber that I carded on Sunday.



and here is a closeup of the fiber

For Reference each one of those is about 3 feet long. I have no idea how much there is there...but it's alot.

Next step: Dye

I am going to dye it using natural dyes like onion skins and apple peels (I haven't decided exactly which ones I'm going to do yet)

After dying I will spin it up and then knit some samples. I am working on this for an SCA A&S (Arts and Sciences) Project to possibly enter into competition. Wish me luck.
